Basic Information
Hydraulic duct lock seaming machine is used to lock 0.3-1.2 mm thickness rectangular HVAC air duct within 1500 mm length. The machine adopts PLC control and hydraulic drive. Advantages of this hydraulic lock closing seaming machine are that sheet sealing is tight, smooth, fast and safe. Basic Configuration:
The air duct vertical hydraulic lock seaming machine an be used with the air duct production line, the T12 flange forming machine and lock forming machine. The joint port and the right-angled edge are the ideal interfaces for the duct connection. The ML-12 can be combined with the gap of the joint port accurately and with high quality without any other auxiliary connecting tools. It is not only beautiful and not damaging the metal surface. The noise is low, the joints are tight and flat, and the effect is good. Suitable for different plate thicknesses, quick and secure joints.
With Mitsubishi PLC control, long-term performance is stable and excellent. The vertical layout is ergonomically designed and easy to operate, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the duct.
