HVAC duct fabrication machine features in high auomation.high efficiency and saving materials,which is verysuitable for mass production of square ducts. Auto line III consists of a metal feeding frame, leveling and groovingequipment, hydraulic punching square notch equipment, hydraulic cutter and folder. The electrical control systemuses a computer with a closed-loop and servo-system to increase the precision and reliability of the manufactureline. The maximum working speed is 16m/min.The length tolerance is:0.3mm. The diagonal line tolerance is 土O.5mm. One team will produce 100on of square duct by using this system.

Duct Manufacturing Machine Line ll is controlled by computer and this control system is equipped with closed-loop feedbacksystem,so it helps improve manufacturing precision and stability.

All the rolling reels are made of bearing steel so that the lifetime prolongs by more than 5 times.
Under the materialsaving mode of CNc system, machine can withdraw material automatically after finishing tasks.。With production memory functions, the production orders can be tracked and checked.

The feeding inlet is provided with a secondaryfeeding guiding rack to ensure feeding accuracy
and improve its property against deviation

Rollers

Use 2 feeding rollers, 4 leveling rollers, 2 beadingrollers, all made by 45# quenched and tempered steel through fine grinding, chrome-coatedtreatment to ensure the roller strength andservice life. beading slope distance is 210mm,driven by inverter motor, through Omron encodertransmitting signals to ensure the feeding stability.
Bevel gear and spur gears are made bySAE8620H material to reduce wear and improve the gear life span.

Angle notching

Notching”V””口”groove, the dies are made byCr12Mov material with longer service life. Cuttingangle and depth are adjustable, convenience for
production.

Sheet Cutting

Cutting method: holding-down on up side,hydraulic transmission, the blade is made by 6CrW2Si steel that can cutting stainless steel,
cutting thickness within 0.5-1.2mm.

Shear metal

Bending

Hydraulic transmission bending, the bending die is made by 42CrMo to ensure the bending accuracy and service life.
