HCH Duct Manufacture Auto-line VI
Auto duct line VI is our latest auto duct line. With U type structure, it cover less space and reduce time of plate passing which achieves the productivity of each duct into twenty to twenty-three seconds. This full-auto line can complete the following processing once time : leveling, grooving, hydraulic notching and punching , size-fixed cutting, Pittsburgh lock forming, TDF flange forming, angle-iron flange forming and auto folding. It can produce three types of ducts: “L” shape, “U” or “square” shape. This line features high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost and less materials usage.

1.Two sets of electric feeding frames(can put total four coilers)
