Line III of automatic air duct production is composed of feeding rack, leveling reinforcement machine, punching nozzle square device, hydraulic plate shearing machine and computer control system. The feeding rack adopts feeding mode, and the inner diameter of the tray can be adjusted freely within 480mm-510mm. The computer control system uses an independent console, the control system has a closed-loop feedback system, an industrial grade servo motor to ensure smooth and accurate operation. Operation interface with Chinese and English language can be arbitrarily converted. The maximum feeding speed of the III line is 15m/min, the length error is ±0.5mm, and the diagonal error is ±0.8mm. The configuration and structure of the standby device are as follows:

1. Three lines of air duct production are equipped with: two uncoiling racks, four trays, a supporting rack, and a feeding and flattening machine for reinforcement, Angle of impact, shearing and flanging. See the outline dimensions attached below (Figure 1).

3, the loading frame is equipped with 1.5KW power, using a double V belt drive, the worm gear reducer used has a self-locking brake function.

4. The feeding and leveling reinforcing machine is powered by cycloidal pinwheel reducer with a transmission ratio of 43:1 and a 3-phase frequency modulation motor with a power of 4KW, with a speed of 0~1450r/min and a rotation of 20N/m; The front side is a pair of feeding roller, the roller outer round coating, to ensure that the feeding is not slipping, but also to ensure that the surface of the sheet will not damage; Three leveling rollers are followed by two on and three on; A pair of reinforcement rollers, a pair of ranging rollers, all the roller working outer surface of the hard chrome plating, durable and ensure that the outer surface of the plate will not be damaged, the reinforcement shaft has 5 groups of reinforcement rings, after strict heat treatment and finishing, can fully ensure the shape requirements of the reinforcement. Bar shape standard configuration for circular arc, can also be customized according to customer special requirements of V-shaped reinforcement. 6, the shear machine adopts hydraulic brake shear. By two cylinder diameter 63mm; The oil cylinder with a stroke of 65mm is used to perform the shear. In order to ensure the synchronicity of the two oil cylinders at both ends of the brake shear, a synchronous shaft is adopted to ensure the transmission through the rack and pinion. The upper and lower scissors are made of high quality alloy tool steel 9SiCr after strict heat treatment and finishing. The cutting edge is sharp and durable. The cutting parts have high dimensional precision and no curling or burr phenomenon.

7. The upper beam is fixed, and the lower beam is the pressing beam. It is pressed by the two cylinders with diameter of 80mm and stroke of 40mm, which are suspended on the upper beam. The folding plate is connected to the clamping beam through the hinge, and moves up and down with the clamping beam. The folding plate is driven by a stranded cylinder with a diameter of 63mm and a stroke of 400mm to perform the folding
