An HVAC duct making machine converts flat sheet metal or steel coil into finished air ducts for ventilation and air-conditioning systems. DURMAPRESS supplies four families: fully automatic rectangular duct lines, standalone rectangular duct machines, spiral duct forming machines for round and flat-oval duct, and round duct machines for lock forming, grooving and elbow production.
Standard configurations process galvanised steel from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm, and stainless steel up to 1.2 mm on spiral duct forming machines. CNC plasma cutting machines handle plate up to 6 mm for fittings and transitions. Coil widths up to 1500 mm are supported on wide-format lines.
An auto duct production line performs decoiling, levelling, notching, punching, TDF flanging and lock forming in one continuous pass, so one operator can produce rectangular duct from coil without moving material between stations. Standalone rectangular duct machines split the same operations into separate cells — lower entry cost and more flexibility for varied job-shop work, but higher labour per metre of duct.
Yes. Machines destined for the European Union are built with CE-compliant electrical and safety packages, and can be configured for 380V, 415V or 440V supply. Certification documents are supplied with the shipment, and regional requirements such as seismic emergency-stop devices can be added at the engineering stage.
